Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Harbor Legal Group is a law firm in Rochester serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
