Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Reno presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Reno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
