Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Quarry Energy Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
