Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Corner Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
