Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
