Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Chicago supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
