Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
