Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Cross Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
