Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Amberfield Pike Early Learning runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
