Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Environmental Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on weigh tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
