Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
