Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
