Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bright Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
