Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Quarry Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
