Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Loom Markets is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
