Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
