Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quarry Farms Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
