Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
