Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Sable Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
