Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Philadelphia presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
