Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Iron Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis.
