Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bright Keystone Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
