Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
