Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Ridge Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on complaint handling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
