Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
