Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Westbrook Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
