Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
