Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Union Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
