Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
