Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis.
