Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
