Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rook Staffing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
