Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Haven Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 420 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
