Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Milwaukee area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
