Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
