Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Forge Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 500 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing.
