Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
