Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
