Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
