Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Works and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
