Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Louisville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
