Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Pine Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
