Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Staffing Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
