Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Amber Property Management Group is a Grand Rapids property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
