Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
