Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Kestrel Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
