Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind River Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Spokane, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
