Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
