Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Houston, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
