Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Westbrook Oak Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tucson presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
